Order Policy
If you have questions or need additional information about our Order Policy, please e-mail us at service@bali-traders.com.
Our Guarantee
Our product guarantee is very simple. If we ever ship a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we'll either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Refunds are issued at the discretion of management and will be paid only by company check drawn on our bank in the United States.
Minimum Quantities and Order Amount
We do not have a minimum order quantity per product (you can order 1 piece), but we do have a minimum order amount (merchandise, not including shipping) of $200.00. Our Pricing Policy has detailed information on how we automatically discount our prices based on the total amount of your order. Please note that all prices are shown in United States Dollars.
Sample Orders
If you're a first-time customer, you can place a sample order to evaluate the quality of our jewelry. Just send a list of the products that interest you to service@bali-traders.com. Our Customer Service department will contact you to make all the necessary arrangements.
Custom Designs
In addition to the designs shown on our website, we also make a wide range of custom jewelry for our customers. If you would like us to prepare a quotation for manufacturing a custom design based on your photograph, drawing, or specification, just email us at service@bali-traders.com and we'll take it from there.
Lead-time to Ship
We begin manufacturing your order as soon as we receive your payment. The length of time before an order is ready to ship depends on the size of the order and the number of pieces per product. We often can ship small orders from stock, but large orders can take as long as 4 weeks to manufacture. To avoid disappointment, please assume that it will be approximately 3 weeks before your order is ready to ship. We will advise you of the expected shipping date within a day or two after we receive your payment.
Payment
We offer 4 payment methods: Bank Transfer, Bank Check, PayPal, and Credit Card.

Bank Transfer - We maintain bank accounts in the United States and Thailand. Both accounts can receive SWIFT transfers, and our USA account can also receive ACH and Fed Wire transfers. If you choose this method, we'll send you full information as soon as we receive your order. In addition, our system automatically will give you a 3% discount on the total amount of your order, including shipping.

Bank Check - You can purchase a bank check or money order (we cannot accept personal or company checks) and send it to our USA bank for deposit. If you're located outside the USA, please note that the bank check or money order must be denominated in United States Dollars. If you choose this method, we'll send you full information as soon as we receive your order. In addition, our system automatically will give you a 3% discount on the total amount of your order, including shipping.

PayPal - This method allows you to remit payment by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, e-Check, or PayPal funds.

Credit Card - This method allows you to remit payment by Mastercard or Visa via WorldPay, our secure payment gateway.

Which is the best method for you? It depends on the amount of your order and where you're located. Send us an e-mail and we'll be happy to advise you.

If you have special requirements, you can submit your order for review and quotation by selecting the "Request Price Quotation" payment method. If you have selected "Request Shipping Quotation" as the shipping method, or if the total amount of merchandise is $10,000 or greater, our system automatically will submit your order as a request for quotation.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our factory in Bali, Indonesia to your shipping address. Our system automatically calculates shipping fees based on the packed weight of your order (displayed on the checkout page), your location, and the shipping method. We do not make a profit on shipping fees: the amount that we charge you is the amount that the shipper charges us.

We have 4 standard shipping methods: DHL Courier, Express Mail Service (EMS, known as Global Express Mail in the USA), Air Parcel Post Insured, and Surface Parcel Post Insured. Depending the weight of your order and where you're located, all shipping methods may not be available. Our system automatically displays all available shipping methods and their fees on the checkout page.

Because our products are relatively inexpensive, the packed weight of even a small order can be quite high. Choosing the right shipping method is always a trade-off between speed and expense. We review every order individually and will advise you if we believe that you have selected an inappropriate shipping method or if there are other methods that you should consider. For example, sea freight is usually the least expensive way to ship a high-weight order, but our system cannot quote a fee automatically - we have to get a quotation from a shipping company.

If you have special shipping requirements, or if there is no standard shipping method available, for your order, you can select the "Request Shipping Quotation" method. If "Request Shipping Quotation" is the shipping method, our system automatically will set the payment method for your order to Request Price Quotation.

DHL Courier - Delivery time is normally 3-5 days, and you can track the status of your package at DHL's website www.dhl.com.

Express Mail Service - Delivery time is normally 5-7 days, and you can track your package at the Indonesia Post website ems.posindonesia.co.id.

Air Parcel Post Insured - Delivery time is normally 2-3 weeks.

Surface Parcel Post Insured - Delivery time is normally 3 months.

We provide complete and accurate shipping documentation with every order, including all documentation needed for reduced or duty-free tariff treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences. Nevertheless, you may be required to pay import duty and/or other taxes to your local customs authority before your package is released for delivery. In addition, DHL or a company acting as the delivery agent for your local postal service may charge a brokerage fee for clearing your package through customs. Please note that you are responsible for any duty, tax, brokerage fee, or other charge related to importation, as such charges are not included in the shipping fee.
